This information text has been prepared by Alkalsan Alüminyum Kalıpları San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal bases, collection methods, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights under the KVKK.

The personal data you provide through the contact form on our website, such as your name, surname, phone number, email address, company name, and any other personal data you voluntarily share, are processed by our company to carry out the necessary activities to ensure that relevant individuals benefit from the products and services offered, to manage related business processes, and to communicate with you regarding the subject of your inquiry.

Furthermore, we do not have absolute control over the information you share through this form. We recommend that you refrain from sharing personal data or sensitive personal data that you do not wish us to know.

The aforementioned personal data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK, which allows processing “provided that it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, without prejudice to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,” and will only be shared with relevant judicial authorities in case of legal disputes.
