Alkalsan is an experienced and dynamic company оf 21 century providing its service in
Aluminium Extrusion dies sector having no limits in its production competence.
Founded in 2001 Alkalsan Aluminium Extrusion Ltd. today has achieved a particularlevel of
leadership in this sector employing more that 50 people.

One of our targets is to extend the existing 500 dies monthly capacity. It is important to
mention that any diameter formats of dies are manufactured.
As the company executes dies production and provides after sales service, plus it has
ISO 9001-2000 quality certificate, the quantity of orders is seen to be increased. Thus,
we can comprehend that we have reached a specific poing in quality and at last we are
able to be proud of this.

After the dies design is finished, the uprightness of the design is controlled withing our
company by using Hyper Extrude simulation program found in our Company structure.
Starting from 2007 our management and factory is functioning on a 2500m2 areа in
Kurtkoy, İstanbul.
